Terms of Service

Last updated: February 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a series, or sharing a public subscription page you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Session Monster.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Creators connect their own Stripe accounts. All billing, renewals, refunds, and disputes are handled directly through Stripe under the creator's connected account. Session Monster does not store payment card numbers. Free series do not require a Stripe connection.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Session Monster integrates with third-party services to provide its functionality. By connecting these services, you agree to comply with their respective terms:

  • Zoom: When you connect your Zoom account, you authorize Session Monster to create meetings and access your user profile on your behalf. Your use of Zoom is subject to Zoom's Terms of Service. You may disconnect Zoom at any time from your dashboard, which will immediately revoke our access and delete stored credentials.
  • Stripe: Payment processing is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Session Monster is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services. If a third-party service becomes unavailable, features that depend on it may be temporarily or permanently affected.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity, including spam, malware distribution, or attempts to interfere with platform security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their series content. You grant Session Monster the rights necessary to host, transmit, and process that content to provide the service. Session Monster retains all rights to the platform software, trademarks, and branding.

7. Data Handling & Removal

You can manage your data at any time:

  • Disconnect Zoom or Stripe from your dashboard to revoke access and delete stored credentials
  • Delete individual series and their associated subscriber data
  • Request full account deletion by contacting support@sessionmonster.com

See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, storage, and retention.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid (if any) during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting integrations and deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
